"First and foremost, students must feel loved and respected. They must have a safe and inspiring learning environment where mistakes are expected and everyone makes them, including the teacher. In classrooms where everyone supports and cares for one another, learning takes place. In schools where students, teachers, parents, administrators and support personnel have a voice and feel valued, great things happen."
